As I sit here drinking a margarita on the rocks, keeping an eye on the smoking grill, and preparing to eat delicious things that are not maybe the healthiest items I could find, this workout represents a distant alarm of the pain and misery that is to come. Looking forward to it. But tonight….we eat!
Been away from El Dorado and the Muthaship for a few weeks. Looking forward to getting back into it tomorrow!!
