Cadre DS on Q this morning and brought a new wrinkle with a “DS standard” — basically, whatever standard you set, that’s the one you’re held to. No hiding from it.

We got started with a warm-up lap around the lot to map out the route and start thinking about what kind of pace we were going to commit to. Naturally, Handy Manny rolled in late and got to jump straight into extra work… which ended up fitting perfectly with what was ahead.

The Work:
– Lap 1: Ruck + sandbag. Set your standard and go.
Everyone came in under 11 minutes. Solid effort across the board, guys were pushing.

– Recovery Lap: Quick loop to catch your breath.
– Lap 2: Ruck only. Same idea, just faster. Everyone under 9 minutes. Strong work again.

Handy Manny basically got a head start on the suck with some bonus ruck running, so he got his money’s worth.

Good push from everyone today. Nobody mailed it in.

Wrapped up with some Sip Club time. Hacksaw had to roll early and Big Tuna stuck to his non-negotiable nap schedule.
