Q – Catfish
Pax – Hops, Brickyard, Tomby, Spud, Loveboat
Rain out of the spider changed my plans but we made it work.
Warmup – Bottom level of Employee Deck
Q erred calling each of the warmups in one form or another. Need to wake up.
SSH, Hillbillies and R/L L/R
Thang – Placed 3 cones on each end of deck’s 3rd level with two others mid-right and mid-left. Pax completed exercise at each cone, 25 count. Exercises Dips, Calf Raises, Drydocks, WWII, Brazilians, Squats, LBCs and Merkins

After round 1 Pax ran lap of deck, after round 2 Pax ran 2 laps, as our time closed Pax ran 1 more lap and got freedom of choice to pick their favorite of 8 exercises.

Mary – time for 3 minutes of Broga

Moleskin – lightly attended Tuesday, I assume the rain kept people away. Homeland normally shows for the bad weather days but opted to sleep in. El Ab, PT and Mayweather opted for the gym but did join us for coffee.
Two of my favorite things about this group is the non-stop full of love rash of shit we give each other daily while at the same time the ‘True Care’s we have for our F3 Brother. This is certainly felt by me as Deb and I work through our current situation.
