WARMUP: Only 5 decided to show up for some friendly competition on this fine Saturday morning. Did the usual SSH, IST, HBs, Phelps and Arm flaps hoping that more of the Pax would show up to even out the teams. No luck.
THE THANG: Moseyed over to the front of the school with some exercises on the way.

Partnered up with blocks. Teams were:
Jobu/JimmyBuffet (Team America)
Remy (the lonesome Q)
Loveseat/Peanuts (LoveNuts)

Exercises were the ones in the picture… too many to list. Partner 1 did top exercise with block and other partner did the bottom as the timer. Total between the partners were the score.

LoveNuts edged out Team America for the win and as the prize got to pick an exercise of the list. They decided to give the pax a break and made us do curls while they had a leisurely stroll.

MARY: Did some well deserved and required stretches back at launch site followed by some gratitude time to reflect on life choices :grinning:.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: The Commish (Heatstroke) decided to show up for COT to announce a 12mi ruck event tomm. Contact him for details if interested. If at the Panthers game look out for Loveseat pouring beer for a good cause… will let him explain… but it involved kids.
