Heatstroke brought the 🔔 “BELL TIME” 🔔 this morning with a high-tempo, interval-driven kettlebell beatdown. Five rounds, forty on, twenty off—no mercy, no breaks (except when the bell said so). Swings, snatches, squats, presses—our bells were screaming and so were our shoulders. 💪
