WARMUP: Mosey to the cheese grater for intended line work, but turn around when the bottom fell out. So get back in the deck for SSH, IST, HB, BSN, WM, and arm circles.
THE THANG: Stack the Deck with Merkins, Squats, LBCs, Freddy Mercs, and SSHs. Then unstack it.
Finished with that so time for some three man partner work. One guy runs to level 1b while the others pair up for leg throw downs. Rotate positions until all have been on each position twice. Then rotate through partner picks ups, right side, then left.
