11 pax gathered for a nice little go at your own pace with your group beatdown…

Mosey to lower lot for some SSH’s, IST’s, Mtn Climbers, Soap drops, and some arm circles

Mosey to upper lot and pick your poison…cinder block or plate(s)….Circle up and attempt to count off in 1’s & 2’s which always ends up being a lot harder than it should.  We somehow ended up with seven 1’s and 4 two’s….oh well.

2’s start run down to front of ASEC while group 1 mixed up exercises between curls, skull crushers, freddy merks and squats…once 2’s get back switch out….rinsed and repeated this until mary called at approx 0610.

Mary: don’t drop your feet burner…dying cockroaches, low flutters, hello dollies, freddy merks and LBC’s..all x 10 IC.

Prayers/announcements: 5K run this weekend for some of the boys….pray for newly elected leaders and some healing in this country.

Moleskin: nice little group with lots of chatter during the exercises and the running and all could pretty much go at your own pace within your group.  QIC had a total of just over 2 miles on top of all the exercises so a nice little way to start the week.  Come on out for Luthor’s Q tomorrow followed by Waffle house Thursday with your host Tom B.
