WARMARAMA: The classics, that also double as football practice warmup. BKs. HKs. Side shuffles. Kuechlys. PPs. SSHs.
THE THANG: Skill competition. Football. Cones.
1. Land throws in 3 parking spot area from about 20-25 yards. Land in spot – 5 LBCs. Miss spot – 2 burpees. 5 throws per pax. 10 throws per session. Rotate pax.
2. Move spots on the field to throw to (parking lot) 5 Squats, 2 Burpees – reward/penalty
3. Same thing, but throwing over defenders (trees) 5 lunges, 2 Burpees – reward/penalty.
4. Routes. Run a post/cross route. Drop = 2 burpees. Catch – 5 LBCs. Everybody throws twice.
5. Go Route. Hail Mary to about close this out. Same penalty as above.
6. Pitchy Pitchy Woo Woo Indian run back to lot.
MARY: Nope…but plenty of LBCs throughout for good performance
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Detention as new MQ, right? Right? Way to step up brother.
COT: Continued prayers from Gump and his family. Prayers for kids going back to school. Prayers for Loveseat’s arm strength.
MOLESKIN: We had 6 ballers out there this morning. Surprisingly good performances. Still did our fair share of burpees though, maybe 70 or so over the course of an hour, tasteful. Loveseat made a nice grab with his scrotum. Peanuts throws a spiral TB12 would be envious of. Quality arm strength from all pax not named Loveseat, but he was able to muster up a little something something when he absolutely had to have it. Pitchy Pitchy Woo Woo was defaulting to what it looks like in real football games but we rallied and started moving forward. Sweet Spot Early Bird special was enjoyed once again over Olympic fighting sports on the TV. Loveseat landed himself in the worst take hall of fame with “I’d be ok with France beating USA in men’s basketball because I like upsets” Better hope Kamala wins in November, or else Trump will be deporting your ass for that.
