THE CIRCUIT:

• Warm-up lap around the half mile track. Stop in front of Hawthornes.
• Ten Exercises:
  • 100 SSH
  • 90 Low Flutters
  • 80 Moroccan Nightclubs
  • 70 Calf Raises
  • 60 Freddie Mercs
  • 50 Shoulder Taps
  • 40 High Knees
  • 30 LBCs
  • 20 Mericans
  • 10 Jump Squats
• Lap around the parking lot:
  • Bear Crawl to the first corner
  • Lunge Walk to the second
  • Crawl Bear to the third
  • Crab Walk to the final corner
• REPEATO UNTIL TIME IS CALLED.
• At 0611 we circled up in the parking lot to knock out Day 1 of the MECA Ab Challenge:
  • The Boat for 60 seconds
  • Mason Twists x 30 (IC)
  • Plank for 60 seconds
  • Low Flutters x 30 (IC)

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

• Prayers for @Firebrand and his crew as they depart next week for Africa.
• Good luck to a few guys who have races coming up.
• Remember @MadDog’s wife who is still awaiting answers and guidance from the doctors.

MOLESKINE:

Great morning to kick off a new month. YHC is experiencing a lot of foot pain and didn’t feel 100% confident of leading this one but i was able to hobble around the half mile and not much trouble with the rest of it. @Kojak was out flying as usual with @Talladega not far behind. @Gilmore was back out after a week of vacation and a week of recovery. @Peppa, @Constitution and a handful of RESPECTS rounded out the group. No State fans though, which was odd. Guess @Lecter and @Sheepdog needed to sleep in after all that excitement.

Everyone got a few rounds of the circuit in, and we closed with Day 1 of the MECA April Ab Challenge. Technically we did 60 reps/seconds of each exercise, which the Challenge doesn’t actually call for until mid-month. You guys are ahead of the curve so no reason to drop back to the beginner reps. Try to stay at 60 instead, and get a little better at it each day until the Challenge hits the really high rep days.

Please think about @Firebrand in the coming weeks as he will be traveling to the country of Togo to spread God’s word and do God’s work. Safe travels for him and his cohort.
