The discovery of the Lost-Ancient-Unkown-Hill of Tradition became almost as famous as the World Famous Coffee Run (held on Fridays) and lead to some tired but bulky arms. Nearly 301 curls with provisions (matel railroad plates weighing between 22 and 66 lbs) made the adventure tiresome BUT with some serious gains (another Lost-Ancient-Unkown F3 term that has pretty much dissappeared). The hill was discovered and life was sweet.

The secondary goal was clear and a great success: Curls for the Girls.

There was instant dividends to our efforts when a random woman ran by and @skipper yelled out “hey baby”. With a quick flashing of his newly formed arms a breakfast smoothie date was scheduled. Is it true Love?

Only time will tell.

Anything can happen on the road to adventure.

THE THANG:
grab metal plates and curl them almost 301 times. We threw in some reverse spidermans, burpees, squats, quadrophelia and the like to give our arms rest.
