Perfect morning for running, so ten early risers hit the streets of Harrisburg. Eight ran two rucked.

Pax: Othello, Battery, Firebrand, Exit54, Scrum, Tar Tar, Talladega, Kojak, Starsky

Route: Same as last week!! cul-de-sacs in Rocky River Crossing (Creekview, Roseway, & Crimson Oak), then once around ‘the box’ then back into Town Center via Rothway, Center Place Dr, & Professional Blvd to the start.

• Great to see all out there this morning…..good running and rucking!
• Incredibel 35 minute PR at the marathon, Exit54….that set a record for the longest training cycle
• Keep at it Firebrand…you’ll be ready for the half-marathon in November
• Way to get after it with the ruck sacks, Scrum and Kojak
• Starsky, Battery, and Tat Tar were looking stronf at COT
• Othello and Talladega were setting a good pace…for the full 5 miles in

Praise that Arturo, Otherllo’s business partner, has gone home from the hospital
