WARMUP:
Mosey over to the newly named “Big Tuna” parking lot for:
SSH, Windmills, BDSN’s, Low Slow Squats, Arm Circles, Plank Jacks, Tempo Merkins (all exercises in IC) with a very chatty group filled with lots of mumblechatter to start the workout off.

THE THANG:
Part 1 – Workout in Bucket (WIB)
YHC had found 1 abandoned cinder block in this parking lot earlier in the week while rucking and decided to put it to good use. However, we didn’t realize that it was the heaviest block in town until we started but continued on without too much complaining. The bucket was filled with cards noting various exercises which 1 pax drew from the bucket as the exercise for the rest of the pax to do while that pax was the timer to carry the heavy cindy down to the end of the parking lot and do 5 squat thrusters and then return for the next person. We completed 3 rounds and then decided it was time to move on.
Part 2 – Ladders with Dale
We did a ladder of 2- 4 – 6- 8 – 10 reps while moseying around the monument area – exercises were diamond merkins on 1 side and wide merkins on the other side.
Part 3 – Ladders at the Stadium
We did two more ladders – both were same 2 – 4 -6 -8 -10 reps.
A. Mosey down and back up the steps from the concourse to the field – exercises were Monkey Humpers at the top and Incline Merkins at the bottom
B. Bear crawl – up and mosey down the steps to the restaurant. Exercises were Carolina Dry Docks at the bottom and WWII’s at the top.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
MECA passport challenge has started and upcoming MECA convergence field day to be hosted at Kannon at end of April.

Thanks @trick daddy for taking us out, prayers for healthy and rehabbing pax doing the Palmetto200 along with all unspoken intentions. We had a surprise visitor at coffee – @grandmaster joined us and came directly from California for some wake-up coffee!
