Friday the 13th didn’t stop 12 other mighty men from joining YHC in the Gloom. After some pre-beatdown prep YHC made it back at 0529 to the PAX wondering my location. After a disclaimer we headed off on a mosey. It went like this……

THE THANG
Count off into teams of two that would work through 4 stations together.
1st Station: 100 dips and lunges as a team. While one partner did the work the other ran outside the courtyard. They would switch off when the runner returned.
2nd Station: Pick one tire and switch off flipping it to the other side of the building.
3rd Station: 50 Jump Squats and Heels to Heaven as a team. While one partner did the work the other ran up the stairs and back. Switch off when the runner returns.
4th Station: 30 pullups and max Flutter Kicks as a team. Split up the pullups as needed. While one partner does the pullups the other does flutters and then switch.
Repeato until approximately 0610 for Mary.
