Warmup:  Head to the lot behind fire station for SSH, ISTs, Loose Change and Arm Circles

Thang Part I: 5 stations through the middle of downtown.

Wells Fargo: Merkins x10

Buzz City Games: Apolo Ohbos x10

Alleyway: Core Killers x10

Courthouse: Bear Crawl length of steps

Edward Jones: Mike Tysons x10

Run back up to Wells, Repeato, Adding 2 to each exercise

Thang Part II:

Mosey to top of new deck, Pax split in two teams for a surprise game of dodgeball in the snow. Get hit, do 10 exercises of other team’s choice.

Mary: Stretched the hammies, broga.

Prayers this morning for Catfish’s and Tupperware’s families as they go through loss and life-changes. Prayers for a member of Lex’s church whose name I cannot remember as she is facing a sudden health issue.

Snow was mostly off the hard surfaces, so we kept it to the street. Mayhem was a few mins late and tracked us down following the sound of Tombstone’s voice. We then happened upon Mayweather finishing an early run. Everyone got 4 laps, for a total of 16 reps each and a surprising 3.5ish miles.

The surprise dodgeball was a blast and something totally ridiculous to do on top of a snow-covered parking deck. This group works hard and bust our asses non-stop, so it was great to bring something unexpected every so often.
