13 pax ventured out on a lovely 24 degree morning to find out how heads would roll after YHC was unbelievably called out as a no-show for OTB run day!

Mosey to Nuclear plant for Warm-o-rama:
SSH’s x 25 IC
Soap Drop x 15 IC
IST’s x 15 IC
Arm circles

Mosey back to ASEC and split into 2 groups for the Thang:

Station 1: 5 pull-ups and 5 burpees
Station 2, lower lot: 10 down-dog merks and 10 star jumps
Station 3, upper lot: 15 Block curls and 15 Skull crushers, and then play Jenga if in group 2
Station 4, Mary spot: 20 LBC’s (L/R = 1) and 20 dips
Rinse and repeat until mary

Moleskin: Lots of chatter about the football game from last night and most probably agree that it’s a good chance that those 2 will be back again next year…cue the yawn…we’re also looking around for new “closet” Georgia fans, especially those like Indy who have been around long enough to have at least 5 teams per sport so can always find at least one winner.  Still hoping Jack will go to VT and then I might be able to talk Indy’s radiography group into a sweet NIL deal for the next great player we probably won’t ever get again.  Not sure what was up with group 2 at the block station but they’re definitely fans of Jenga and/or just didn’t want to bend over to pick up block….assuming El Hab was at the pool and didn’t want his head to roll.  The tool bag that called me out ran away to Georgia for “work” and probably became a dawg fan while drinking heavily last night, makes total sense since he was born and raised in Buffalo.  Most pax got in 4-5 rounds and almost 2.75 miles too

Prayers/Praises/Announcements:
-Jennifer, one of Cat’s reps dealing with Covid complications
-Josh Cline, neighbor of Marlboro and someone so other pax knows having some heart issues so pray they get some answers
-My family as it was a year ago yesterday that I lost my dad.  Please take time to reach out to your parents whenever you can, you miss those conversations once you can’t have them anymore.
-Praise for men like our boy Psycho who was Boys and Girls club Man of the Year.  Awesome way to give back to those less fortunate youth in our area.
