1. Thanks for joining this morning. On the Feast of St. Nicholas, six rounds just seemed right, and that proved to be true as the leaders pushed hard and finished right on time.

2. Strong effort for those that finished, getting in 4+ miles and 450 reps of exercises (not including Mary).

3. Shift change at Burn can be dicey, so even with the slight relocation we were on alert, which had the added benefit of avoiding the cars that see stop signs as optional.

4. If you can make it, join Barrister and others at the kick-off of Run/Beer/Ear, an outlet to help win the mental health battle, or just enjoy the 2nd F (which helps as well!). The 5k run, if you choose, starts at 6:15pm tonight from Pharr Bill Brewery and you can run none of it, all of it or anywhere in between.

5. Few other upcoming events include Phidippedes’ Kannonball 31 on December 17/18th, Afton Challenge on January 8th and the 4th Annual Gremlin in Mint Hill on January 15th. Also, if you’re in town, plan to support Dr. Lecter’s Iron Q the week following Christmas.

6. Congrats to Segundo on his 100miler (yes….one….hundred….miles) this past weekend, and good luck to all the Huntersville Half runners this weekend.
