11 men decided a potential morning of rain wasn’t going to take away their DRP and make their way to ASEC….70ish degrees and humid (as usual)

0530 and we were off and as we were exciting ASEC we observed a super sketchy workman like Chevy truck with one headlight missing and creepin’ up on us from Exxon like he was about to pull out the AK47 and take us out…no worries it was just PR so Cat and Charlotte’s husband stayed to pick him up.

Warm-up at the Rehab:
25 SSH’s IC
10 Loose Change IC
15 IST’s IC
15 Mtn Climbers IC
Forward/reverse arm circles….mosey to Lee Ann drive for the thang

THANG:
Think highschool gasser/suicide…
1st Circuit:
1st light post: 5 burpees…run to second light post
2nd light post: 10 Core killers…run back and complete 5 burpees
3rd light post: 15 down dog merks…run back for burpees
4th light post: 20 freddy merks IC….run back for burpees
5th light post: 25 squats…run back for burpees

2nd Circuit:
2nd Light post is now starting point so begin w/ 10 core killers (no more burpees)
repeat rest of circuit as before and once complete drop the first exercise..

3rd Circuit….3rd light post with 15 down dogs is starting point…rinse and repeat and try to complete all 5 circuits

I believe ALL pax completed all 5 circuits…mosey back to ASEC but stop and each light post on the way and complete the exercises

Prayers/Praises/Announcements: Prayers for Savannah (Wham & his M’s birth mom), Afghanistan and the US, Kids going back to school, Backdraft and his son/father, and men of F3 who haven’t made it out in awhile.
Kannon convergence this Saturday at 0700…no beatdown for Concord on Saturday.

Moleskin: Rather smallish…but nonetheless solid group of pax for a Tuesday.  Started out dry but as warm-ups were over we were met with a brief shower as well as complaints from Charlotte’s husband complaining about getting wet….We definitely got wet which was a strong combo of rain/sweat as it got more humid for sure once the shower passed.  Apparently Indy’s Vagina isn’t heeled as there was no sign of him and Mayweather decided the pool was a better option just in case Paw-paw did show as he didn’t want to have to check it out for the old man.  That’s all I got…it’s just another Tuesday and I’m tired.
