OCT Bus Stop
Warm-up: The bus doesn’t stop for things like that.
Thang: The bus stop is a loop run with stops at different locations for a quick pain station. Primary focus is to keep the group moving. All stops will have 1 new exercise followed by 12 Merkins
1. Coal Train – 15 J-Lows
2. Glenn Center – 25 KGBs (4C)
3. Concord ARP Church – 15 Apollo Onos (4C)
4. Wells Fargo – 25 Dips
5. Fifth Third – Bear Crawl 6 Parking Spaces
6. Post Office – 15 Star Jumps
7. Greenway down to first bridge – 25 Freddie Mercs (4C)
8. Bum Wash moved slightly to shelter – 10 Burpees
9. New Deck Bottom – 25 LBCs (4C)
10. New Deck Top – 15 Mike Tyson’s
11. Carolina Courts – 25 Carolina Drydocks w/ reroute back around construction
12. Old Deck Bottom – 15 Core Killers

Group exited back of Old Deck to Grove then headed back to OCT with a nice sprint the last 150 to 200 yards.
Mary: Quick broga with Down Dog, Child Pose stretches etc.
Moleskin: Weather was sticky per the last couple of weeks but the large Saturday group had energy, some complaining and some chatter as long as you didn’t want someone to help Q count cadence. I didn’t yell because it isn’t the Bus workout it is Bus Stop. I wonder if Homey would like if I yelled at him. The merkins were perfect because Pax had 3 1/2 hours recovery before helping me move. It is one of my favorite workouts because it is constant movement but group is together. Skinner showed for his second ever Saturday F3 workout, I like it We missed some key guys with some working, some vacationing and one swimming with crocodiles. We look forward to all returning soon. Fight the pull of the couch and bed because F3 needs you and you need F3. Coffeteria was the best way to start a Saturday as usual. Much conversation around China, Popeye knows a lot about China but likes China Grove better.
Slide forward in time and 17 helped me move tools, furniture and attic boxes in the rain. at least 6 others apologized for not being able to come. I already knew, but this group of guys is amazing and we are all so blessed with our families, health and stuff but never forget the support system the Lord has blessed each of us with.
Prayers up for Captain Morgan’s dad, Popeyes newly born nephew, safety for grads at beach and a gentlemen that died young leaving family, I think Steve Baker.
