Where to begin…after a pretty crummy nights sleep YHC managed to pull himself out of bed for a rare Thursday appearance let alone a Q.  Fully expecting all of the tarheels arriving with their chests puffed out after waxing the “fighting” Irish by about 100 I was surprised as I pulled into ASEC at 0525 with not a single, and I mean a single, car in sight.  Fearing the worst as only Frostbite has experienced I noticed a slow rolling truck across the Exxon parking lot attempting to cross 4 lanes of no traffic into ASEC….finally a pax who we’ll call Paw-paw pulled in somewhere around 527ish.  He promptly jumped out of the truck and said I must’ve scared everyone off by just saying “beatdown” in the preblast.  Suddenly another car drives up in what appears to be every soccer mom’s favorite SUV…YES…it was Tombstone!  Now we’re cooking with gas as we’re up to 3 and it’s approx 0528 and then a we see Spud’s slow rolling Subaru, still missing the Coexist bumper sticker.  Tombstone was most excited as he completely wanted to skip the workout and head to Waffle house since numbers were at pretty historic low.  Now it’s hitting on 0530 and YHC was about to say let’s mosey when an unknown vehicle arrived and Spud said hey, there’s Checkmate…YHC is like who’s checkmate??  Oh, you know, the dude that took a dump at your house during hillbilly, oh, that’s cool.  0531ish and we were off….

Warm-o-rama at Rehab parking lot for 20 SSH’s IC, 10 Loose Change IC, 15 IST’s IC, & some arm loosening….off to the thang

THANG: Part UNO: 3 sets of 7 pull-up(if you can), 3 sets of 14 merks IC, 3 sets of Freddy merks IC (1 set of pull-ups then to merks then to abs & repeato)

Part DOS, it was about this time we ran into Java who arrived at 0540ish, guess he missed the 0530 memo: Crazy 21 curls with blocks run to rail at bridge for 14 dips IC and back to mary spot for 7 core killers and repeato until time stopped…almost 3 rounds

Prayers…for all the losers that didn’t join us and stay up until 11 watching a snooze fest of a 50 blowout…

No waffle house…Tombstone can count to 10 in spanish…stayed together as a group for moral support since numbers were so low…YHC skipped coffeeteria, which apparently more pax posted to, so he could go home and cry in his home made folgers coffee….I’ll see you all sometime again.
