Partner up – Partner 1 muscle ups retaining wall while Partner 2 runs to speed bump and back. Once Partner gets back – SWITCH – Each Partner will do muscle ups 3 times

Group went around medical by: 1st Side – Side lunges; 2nd Side Run; 3rd Side Side lunges; 4th Side Quadraphilia

Partner up – Partner 1 donkey kicks retaining wall while Partner 2 runs to speed bump and back. Once Partner gets back – SWITCH – Each Partner will do donkey kicks 3 times
