6-2-THE-FRONT

9 Paks showed up for a very humid run Tuesday morning. This is what happened.
Taken straight out of the playbook from my Army career, we went for a last man up run or I’m calling a 6-2-THE-FRONT.
People stretched as they arrived in the morning preparing for a cardio filled workout.
All 9 paks got in a single line as i stood to the left as the leader. We left out of the parking lot and headed down 51. Every time I said GO, the last man in the line sprinted to the front and so on we went. Ran down doing this for about a mile and a half and turned around. When the pak got to the light pole in front of QG Middle, we sprinted to the next light pole and walked to the next, alternating that way the rest of the way back to the parking lot.
With about 15 minutes left, I wanted to use that time to do a group stretch. My belief, this is a great way to help avoid running injury. We went around in a circle and everyone picked a stretch they wanted to do.
Ended with count off, nameoroma, and prayer.
Thank you guys for the opportunity to lead y’all in a run. Had great conversion and always good jokes.
