I’m not incredibly prompt.  It doesn’t help that my work schedule is fluid.  It can change every day and typically ends up being somewhere between 0930ish and 1030ish.  My F3 arrivals are typically anywhere between 0528 and 0540.  I’m not proud but that’s what it is.

I pulled into the Bain parking lot at 0530 SHARP, two wheeled the minivan into the parking spot, quickly got shovel flag out of trunk, t-claps to Rib Shack for unrolling the flag and getting it into the ground.  Thankfully the weinke was ready and we were off to the races after a quick turnback to toss my phone back into the van.

Down we head to the office building on the corner for COT.  SSH, IW, Cotton Pickers, Grandpa Jacks and I think something else but I don’t remember.

Head South on 51, turn into Town Hall and head to the back parking lot.

Partner up.  Partner 1 run around the fountain.  Partner 2 do merkins until you get to aggregate 100.

Repeato with dips

Repeato with WWIIs

Repeato with air squats.

 

Mosey to Pour 64.  Lunge Walk to 51.

 

Run back to Bain for 7 minutes of deep stretching because I don’t Q without it.
