10 PAX came out to exercise their legs and hearts on a partly cloudy, 72 degree, 94% humidity, with wind at 0 mph (according to KleanUp’s Strava post).  Today’s route was designed to use the new sidewalk built at the entrance of Highland Creek.

Two route options were provided:

3.5 mile option:

1. Leave HCES on Highland Creek going towards the front entrance
2. Take right on to the new side walk heading towards Harris Teeter and the BP Gas Station
3. Loop back to HCES
4. OPTIONAL – take a right on to Shelly Ave to enter HCES through the back school bus parking lot for an extra heart pump

<5 mile option:

1. Leave HCES on Highland Creek going towards the front entrance
2. Take right on to the new side walk heading towards Harris Teeter
3. Take a left at the first traffic light going towards the first round about
4. Take a right at the round about heading past Bojangles and to the third round about
5. Take a right at the third round about and another right at the next light (before the Publix shopping center)
6. Run back to HCES
7. OPTIONAL – take a right on to Shelly Ave to enter HCES through the back school bus parking lot for an extra heart pump
