What seems like a year and a half ago Chum asked me to quest Q at The Pain Academy. Of course, I said yes. So this morning I took the trek up to Bain Elementary. My plan was to leave an impression. Sort of like a good (or bad) Tinder date. Do they swipe left or right (caveat I have no idea about Tinder or the swipes. Only what I’ve gleaned from conversations). But we have all at one point been on a blind date; not knowing what to expect. Will it suck in a good way or bad!
So here’s how the date went.
The Thang:
- Warm up with SSH and IW….pretty vanilla so far. It’s like the free bread you get.
- Mosey back over to the truck and collect 2 brick pavers per pax. From there, mosey down to the bottom of the parking lot for Man-maker Merkins with Bricks…Wait a minute – tequila on the first date and before the main course! Hey, hey.
- Partner up for brick suicide relay race. 3 courses with abs, legs, and arms. …It takes 2 to tango.
- Grab 3 bricks and mosey to the loop around the school for catch me if you can. After one loop reverse course with partner # 1 running backwards. …I see; playing hard to get.
- Mosey to the grass for Captain Thor. …Learning new moves from the internet = Nice.
- Finish with Mary. …My name’s not Mary.
Moleskin:
- Tha Body is so #Boss. Rolls in on a Harley and runs backwards faster than most run forward.
- Love Silas’ beach cruiser bike. He does need to trick that thang out with some chrome though. #boysinthahood
- I was the war baby today. Those guys flat got after it. #slowdownsoIcankeepup
- Glad DT drove up from SC to support me.
