4 PAX looking to get some miles in descended to Afton on a cool Monday morning. YHC was definitely foggy as a long weekend working and staying up late to watch “The Battle of Winterfell.” Pretty sure YHC didn’t finally wake up till his first sip of coffee after the run. Anyways, there were a few conversations between the group before we started, but once we got going the mumble chatter was light to non existent…I like to think that every one was concentrating on their running technique, but more than likely it was just the case of the Mondays. You will have that! Hopefully Wednesday the mumble chatter will be strong.

To be honest Big Blue and Hop Hunter could have talked each other’s ear off – Iron Man Booter and myself wasn’t close to hearing them if they were.

Big Blue and Hop ran 6+ miles at sub 7:30/mi time

Booter and YHC ran 4-5 miles at around the 9/mi time
