In the aftermath of the HDHH that locked in BRR leg assignments, the Dawgs had no choice but to seek out hill work for the Thursday cruise.  Last week it was Peak to Peak… this week it was time for  the Jacobs Crossing Climb with Blue Ridge Relay looming large less than 2 months away.  The pax knocked out 5 to 6 Miles with some nice elevation gain along the way… #strong!

*Continued prayers for Spauldini’s M as treatment moves forward.

*Great having Mickey-D out for the cruise.  He gets the MVP award for being able to talk and climb at the same time.

*F3 Afton soft launch continues Saturday at 7am.  Official launch on 8/4.

*Saturday run in Harrisburg at Abbington subdivision Pool House… The Pitchfork. (6am)
