WARMUP COP

• Important briefing of staying level headed and treat your body the right way and cause no injury
• Mosey around parking lot spaces with various moves and to the bus parking lot for introduction to the BURNERS!!!
• SSH x 21 IC
• 25 Merkins
• Imperial Walkers x 21 IC
• 25 Merkins
• Grandpa Jacks x 21 IC
• 20 Merkins
• Begin the festivities

Making Noise- All parts of the body

• Partner up (2)- line up at the track in your lane in front of the beautiful rock awaiting your arrival.
• Partner 1-pushes rock while Partner 2 completes 25 merkins and catches Partner 1- vice versa
• Partner continues the journey of carefully pushing the rock while Partner 2 completes 25 LBC’s then vice versa
• Then, Partner 1 pushes-literally to the finish line while Partner 2 completes 25 squats
• What- do over?? Yes, unfortunately someone missed counting the reps!!!!
• Second Trip- gut check with new exercises.
• Finally, to complete our reduction in calories, it was offered and accepted to halve the track and carry rock while moving backwards.**Field Day was complete**
• Oh wait, wall merkins- 25 OYO
• Oh wait, wait, BALLS TO THE WALL- Smiling?????
• Mosey to flag- cool down
• A little stomach workout and of Course

• Way to go Sinkhole for being my Partner and pushing through your leg cramps

****In case anyone wondering (21) means months of attendance for Hugo and his relationship with F3 brothers!!! Life Changing decision!!!
