Small numbers but quick pace as we ran some fartleks through the neighborhood.  Fully expect a return to full strength next week on Tuesday and Thursday!  Good work 4-Wide and Hokie Pokie!

Hop Hunter ripped through a 5 mile run on his home turf needing an early start today!  Good Job!
