Moleskin:
Great work by all the Pax. Thank you for showing up – your presence makes a difference. It makes a difference in many ways. Showing up contributes to preventing future health problems and contributes to feeling healthy/well today. @Dutch asked us the question on Monday, “How has F3 helped you?”. My answer was: “F3 has helped me to have consistent fitness.” Despite some injuries and illnesses from time to time, I have had a high level of fitness over the past 4 years of being a part of F3. I hope all of us know and feel the positive benefits of how we contribute to one another today. I am not talking just about fitness alone bit also about being in the struggle of life together. The tough struggle of the Area 15 F3 guy dealing with the fear of losing his son is a real example We are going to experience pain and tough struggles in life. F3 doesn’t resolve the struggle of life but it can and does help to cope with the struggle.
Thanks for the privilege of Q’ing. See you in the gloom!
