Normal run through the neighborhood with Roper showing up to join the crowd!  4.0-5.5 miles logged by everyone.  Great to see guys increasing their distances or speeds or both.  Distance PR by Spauldini today!  Step by step and breath by breath (gifts from God) we grow stronger and become better runners and men.
