What a great morning for a beatdown! The Pax were prepared and eager to maximize every moment of their Beatdown this morning. @Dutch took the initiative to highlight the importance of starting on time by starting on time. YHC saw this eager enthusiasm as a sign to give the Pax their money’s worth and after planting the shovel flag raced to the front of the Pax to get the party started. After Warmorama, we started off strong with running and sprints to get the heart rates up. Then we move into partner cinderblocks and run. The was followed by a mosey to a balls to the wall medley. Finally, we did some bear crawls and crab walks before moseying to Mary. Great work by all the Pax. Thank you for the opportunity to Q.

Good one at Guinness – lucky I was rested for all that running! Though I only have one speed… slow!
