45 minutes never seemed so long, and then R2D2 wanted to compare the volume of underwear sweat
All Tradition BackblastsJuly 22nd, 2017
10 Pax showed up today to earn a free breakfast through the calorie burning beat down methods of King Louie. Despite the heat and awkwardness of working out in the sun, we did the following:

The dripping sweaty moleskin:
Thanks for letting me lead this morning, men. This weather made a constantly moving workout that much more painful. Even after drying off and changing clothes, I found myself sweating while inside in the AC doing nothing but standing around talking. Hoped I burned away some calories and fat so everyone was able to more freely enjoy the awesome Real Life Mens’ Breakfast! (this time with a ton of eggs!)
R2D2 questioned my complete changing of clothes. I said I was the sweatiest man there and no one would let me near food in such a state, his response was something along the lines of: “We could compare underwear to see who was sweatiest! ………..That’s probably something you never heard in the church parking lot before.”
Announcements:
Usual bookstudy at Bojangle’s on Friday, “The Power of Full Engagement”
Contact R2D2 if you want to help out in a new thing he’s about to start up. Meeting on Wednesdays from 4-6 at Huck’s Nature Preserve. A group for basically getting kids 6-21 or so out of their house and out playing soccer, games, whatever rather than just sitting inside on their tablets or smart phones or whatever.
