17 men rolled out of the fart sack and into the gloom for YHC’s virgin Q, the first installment of the F3 Grand Prix. After a brief introduction and a very legalese and thorough disclaimer was given the men moseyed to the back parking lot beside the track:

Warm-A-Rama:

Mosey to the back parking lot beside the track with a little karaoke each side, a little Google bun shapers and a little more mosey.

(A lot of mumble chatter was overheard regarding my enthusiastic cadence. My high school speech and debate teacher always said I had no problems projecting my voice. @Disaster also reminded me that one cannot recover without being told to recover.)

The Thang: The F3 Grand Prix

It all takes place around the track. The PAX begin by doing 10 Burpees at the starting line. They then make their way around the track to the cone positioned between turns 1 and 2 where the PAX do 20 Mercans. The PAX then run to the back stretch where another cone is positioned and the PAX do 30 LBCs. The PAX continue around the track to the cone positioned between turns 3 and 4 where they perform 40 squats. Rinse and Repeat-o until time is called.

Moleskin:

1. Great job by all. Thank you for allowing me to lead you all today. It was truly a pleasure.
2. @Drop Cloth crushed it today. You will get the opportunity to sign the car as soon as I get one.
3. A very sad/happy announcement was made by @Google. He will be leaving us for the beautiful sandy beaches of SoCal in the next couple of weeks. He also announced that while F3 is not in SoCal yet, it is his mission to establish one and invited us all out to partake (on his dime obviously).
4. @Pavarotti commented that music was necessary to drown out the huffing and puffing from the PAX. Definitely a thought for next time.
5. Two Year Anniversary Convergence at Skywalker with a special 4:45 Ruck, 5:00 Run and the main event to follow at 5:30 for those interested.
6. Because of the Convergence, @Pavarotti made an executive decision and cancelled Speed for tomorrow.
