10 men defeated the fartsack and gathered the strength to get their six to Skywalker on this beautiful May morning.  The clock struck 5:30 and it was time to get moving but first, the always important, new and improved, #Disclaimer:

Once that was said, we silenced all objections and moseyed up to get working on our beach bods.

• SSH
• 1 Burpee
• Windmill
• 2 Burpees
• Air Squat
• 3 Burpees
• Cotton Pickers
• 4 Burpees
• Mountain Climbers
• 5 Burpees

The Thang

• Start at the fence, perform an exercise, cross the street and come back.
  • LBCS with plank walks
  • Derkins with bear crawls
  • Derkins with burpee broad jump

The Main Thang

• 8 Squat Thrusters with a cinder block
• Run 100 yards
• 8 Burpees
• Run 100 yards
• 8 Hand Release Merkins
• Run 100 yards
• Each circuit make a full lap around the parking lot, repeat for a total of 8 rounds.

Mary:

• We did several but the two crowd pleasers were Heels to Heaven and The Mason Twist.

1. Thanks for following along today men (at your own risk, of course).  It was tough to get up this morning but I knew I didn’t want to let you men down by fartsacking.  I appreciate the accountability.
2. Harding and Ty Webb took the virtual trophy this morning as they easily lapped every other man in the field.  #Strong
3. Another block got laid to rest this morning… it’s a tough life for cinder blocks in MeCa lately.
4. Thanks to some voluntelling on Churchill’s part, we have the next 2.5 weeks of bootcamp Qs booked up!
