YHC pinch hitting for some SourDough that just wouldn’t rise felt the need to honor his missing brother by running the Al Gore Chainsaw that SourDough had introduced to the Dawg House.

6 men gathered in the gloom…Disclaimer given and off we went to mosey but alas 2 more men soon pulled into the parking lot which meant YHC could execute a CSAUP exercise that had been on his mind for quite awhile.  Reroute to mosey to pick up the strays.

Al Gore Chainsaw around the tennis court.

Pax line up shoulder to shoulder and assume the tree hugging quad burning pose of the Al Gore.

One pax runs from end of the line to the beginning of the line and resumes the Al Gore position (think Indian Run)

Next pax repeats the process and we don’t stop until we complete a circuit around the tennis court.

Spread out around edge of tennis court and begin Bear Crawl around court.

When Q calls down Pax completes a Circle Merkin then back up

Repeato until we complete one Bear Crawl lap around court.

Mosey to the kennel and partner up

2 sets of partner assisted pull ups AMRAP.

Mosey to the railroad ties so YHC can finally try some teamwork drills!!!!!

4 men to a RR Tie – lift into bicep curl position and complete 10 team curls IC

Lift RR Tie onto shoulders and complete 10 team shoulder presses IC

repeato Curls and Presses and then safely drop the RR Tie!

Mosey to the hill for a 10 – 1 Quadrophenia Ladder  – Squats and LBCs

Mosey to parking lot for Mary
