13 All Stars gathered in the Gloom of a cool, foggy, wet morning, for the first beating of 2017. Led by the Infamous, the Great, the Fantastic, the Awesome BD whom was called out by the Alkee Indy to bring it, so I brought it!!! In this El Dorado recoup for those to weak to have risen for the Monday convergence of F3 brethren.

Run to top deck and 20 partner Merkins
Run down 2 stories and back up 1 subtract 4 partner Merkins all the way to ground floor
20 partner Derkins one partner planks Derkins with feet on partners back, (repeat this every rd)
One Pax drops for 6 Burpees while other Pax backpedals up Ramp, Pax 1 sprints to Pax 2 and tags Out, Pax 2 drops 6 Burpees while Pax 1 burpess alternating in this fashion to the TOP Level. Once at the peak PAX alternate wheelbarrows to the far stairway then descend.
Rinse and Repeat until time called!!!

Not much Jibba Jabba today as I think all PAX were gassed, the beatdown was REAL!!! (plus no Catfish!) Indy suffered due to ugly YOGA Pants limiting circulation! Pyscho cursed the Burpees and the backpeddles and the Merkins and the Derkins! Where is Grover and Rick, Hip we miss you! Trick was upset as he got a little wet!
