40 degrees and wet on the ground– QIC accomplished objective of staying off the wet ground.

Pax moseyed from AO to bottom of parking deck (via Carolina Courts and Pink Palace (aka county government center), including respective stairs). Pax were loose from circuitous jog route, but nonetheless performed warm-o-rama at bottom of parking deck:
1) merk dogs (10 singles)
2) cobras
3) further lower back stretching
4) planks

After warm-o-rama, Pax together performed one cycle of the following while jogging up the deck:
1st Level: core killers (5 singles)
2nd Level: burpees with 2 merks (5 singles)
3rd Level: freddy merks (10 IC)
4th Level: merkins (10 singles)

After jogging up the deck and at each level pausing to perform the above all together for a “practice run”, Pax rinsed and repeated on their own until time called. Pax for the most part stayed together, but for FC and TD– they were way ahead of rest of Pax and almost lapped us. When time called, Pax moseyed to Mary for planks.

Notes:
1) BD had great attitude this morning– arrived a minute late, but Pax backtracked a tad to sweep him up– didn’t miss a beat, just added a little more to jog.
2) BD speculated Indy didn’t post because he had a bender last night– was last night the swanky monthly wine club meeting at union street bistro? Pax unanimously agreed with BD’s speculation as cause for his fartsack.
3) Indy’s Q yesterday involving burpee Indian run was solid– let’s do that one again.
4) Pax exhibited good form today– Super Ray was merely Ray today (no super per normal) as he didn’t keep up with FC and TD, but that dude displayed excellent form on exercises this morning per always.
5) TP turned 55yo last week: what a beast and fountain of youth?
6) Has KGB been spotted recently? I am speculating he has visited Trump HQs to court for the U.S. Ambassador to Russia gig– Trump will be envious of KGB’s really great and perfect head of hair.
7) Speaking of hair, Rick’s pajama look yesterday was really attractive– think “comfy sexy”– no post today for him though due to his chauffeur being purportedly impaired from bender. Has Rick ever simply woken up, combed hair with brick, driven his farm truck jamming David Allen Coe to post without his much elder neighbor’s company? Seriously, has he ever?
8) I hope BCR, KGB, TD, TP and all others with injuries heal up soon. I have had plenty over the years and they just simply suck.

We pray that we deal with them as best can as the fellowship and stress relief the gloom provides us all is such a great sword to defeat the difficulties we each face daily. Injuries that don’t allow us to post can be a real downer. However, my in-laws tell me though from Brazil, “What are you complaining for, you have won the lottery– you were born in the USA?“.
