Where’s the Blooming Dogwood?

All All MECA Backblasts

December 13th, 2016 By Hammer

32 brave men stepped up and stepped out into the Highland Gloom for a Hamma led Beat down full of Ladders and Legs and everything in between.  The mumble chatter was non-existent with the lack of the Choppers and Gumps however the Hamma believes it was the brutal beatdown that led to suffering in silence.  It went a little something like this:

Warmorama:

SSH x 19; Windmill x 15; Cotton Pickers x 12; CDD x 12; Mountain Climbers x 12; Audible for some leg stretches consisting of the Toe Touch for 10 count. (Hammer is now limber!)

Mosie to entrance hill for the first ladder:  10 to 2; CDD’s at the top, WWII’s at the bottom.  Mosie, Indian Run style, to the Dogwood Deadend for a little Jack Webb to 10 by 2’s.  Mosie, Indian Run style to the hill at the back of the ball fields for Ladder 2:  10 to 2 Jump Squats at the top, jump lunges at the bottom with a Quadraphelia up.  Mosie to the Track and Partner up… SIZE DOES MATTER!  P1 Run two short laps; P2 Step ups for a total of 3 rounds.  Next, Partner shoulder presses x 3 sets of ten.   Mosie down to the next hill for Ladder 3: 10 to 2 Squats and LBC’s.   Mosie back toward Shovel Flag with a jail break on the way.

Mary:

Low Flutter with an ONJ Cadence x 10 or something really fast 3 count cadence….whew!  Next Mason twist x 12; Crunchy Frog x 10.

3rd F:

Pavarotti was in search of the blooming dogwood, sorry, #sad.  Hammer called out to run to the Dogwood deadend.  Dogwood is the street name, sorry Pav!

The mumble chatter was awfully quiet, but the fellowship in the end was nice to see.

Welcome Trojan!  Great namorama from your EH’r Buffalo Bill.  Could of been worse, I was thinking….rubber?

You men inspire me!  Thanks for showing up!
