As the World Series game 7 unfolded the more I was regretting my decision to Q today. Hey sleep is overated. Ultimately what got me excited was knowing Sparknut was finally coming and a late night tweet from Grinder coming to show off those high kicks. But I digress…

Gentlemen, thank Sugar for more log work. He’s been dreaming about those for 2 months. Thank you as always for following my lead. We are definitely getting better. Especially you Wed. Cruisers. Well done. Until next time. I am out to Disney World next week so I’ll be MIA for a week.
Remember. Be in prayer for this great nation and don’t get sucked into the hate and division of this election. Vote and remember Jesus Christ is in control no matter the outcome.
“And further, submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.”

See you my brothers.

Thoughts? Solid or a little weak?
Good use of the entire AO, Whatley. Parking lot to Greenway to rock pile, kept us on the move. We had a lot of guys for just the three logs so that made things a little messy when moving from one station to the next, but those log presses and squats surely deliver. Way to be creative!
Tugboat and I want to warn you guys about little man’s disease, too, so be careful with the short jokes. The tree bark left a real chip on my shoulder this morning, but there’s a virtual one there most of the time, too.
Ha
Until next time.
Good variety beatdown today Whatley, there was pain at every stop. Those overhead log presses were no joke. Nicely done sir!
PS- I didn’t work as a Vegas showgirl for all those years to not show off my leg kicking abilities.
@Whatley, well done, #hateCrabWalk. Some logs are equipped with spikes, and on the overhead rotation it provided distraction for Sugar and MC, watching this spike barely miss making a rainwater-runoff-drain across the top of my head. @Sparky was threatening taking a chain-saw down to the logs, maybe that was just to trim off some of those spikes (or he’s gonna make firewood).
@Sourdough, strong piggy-back ride.
@Genie, you okay?
@Sugar, nice repair work on the Shovel Flag.
I shall not lie. I fartsacked after watching the World Series. Looks like a great beatdown
@Whatley – I couldn’t possibly miss another of your famous beatdowns, although I was disappointed that we didn’t make it the clubhouse. I guess that was per the M’s instructions to quite burning all of those calories. Was her comment about too skinny with clothes on or off. Never mind, that could go so wrong – especially with this group.
A fine Q and I appreciate the logs Sugar. It might be better to limit them to two man operations. I found it difficult to keep the weight distributed evenly among three. I was letting FNG (now MRE) carry my weight so he would think I was much stronger than him as I cruised through the work out effortlessly. Haha. You gotta play those head games – right Marie? …”Hey Palin, Ty Webb’s about to catch you!”, said Marie.
