  1. sound off

  2. Hula nice beat down. I will post a gif on Twitter later if my arms are working.

  3. Well done Hula and thanks for stepping up for the sub Q. Tclaps for the audible – Not sure I would have made it through the lunges.
Good to see you Boss! Really didn’t look like it was you’re first time back. Also good to see some visitors, come back anytime!!

RS HH Thursday night at Johnny Bruscos – 7pm!!

Fishbone tomorrow – although sorry but I’m sitting this one out. Apparently gotta rest the legs some more 🙁

  4. Hula, way to bring it brother. I’ll be feeling this one for a while. Thanks for the audible on the lunges. See you all on Thursday.

  5. Confession: The whole workout was kind of an audible. Once I found out Mary Kay was coming I knew I needed to do something to not only challenge us, but also challenge him.

Second confession: I really didnt mean to call lunges, but my brain went blank when calling the 3rd set, originally I planned on overhead presses with the rock.

Third confession: I am one of the weakest dudes in our group, and am greatly encouraged and pushed by how hard you guys push. I tried to audible the second set as well, but Marie Calendar rebuked me.

    1. I’m confused, are we really supposed to plan these things?

  6. Hula you ambitious son of a gun! Great job. Tried to bet someone after warm ups
10 bones we were headed to the rock pile. No takers. Love it when the workout is announced and I’m like no way this is happening. Get rolling and before you know it you hit 500.

@Boss great partnering with you and glad to have you back brother.

    Whatley

  7. And Sugar congrats on another monumental effort!

    BRR buster!

    1. Aye! I second that. Congrats @ Sugar. Great to have one of our own representing at the BRR. You and Whatley will have a great time at the Mogadishu Mile.

      1. Thanks guys! It was tough but was a great experience as always! And let’s not forget about @Kato who ran on the 9 man team and @LawDawg, driver of 9 man team. Maybe next year we can get some more Stoners to run????

And yes, I’m sure Whatley will have a great time at the Mog Mile.

  8. Good one, Hula, any workout that involves 1500 reps with running in between is sure to deliver.

Mary Kay, thanks for coming and bringing another Sally name to the group. Always welcome a F3 brother with a name worse than mine.

Any takers on the Fishbone Cruise tomorrow? Set for 5:30 am at OES. Old faithfuls Sugar, Sparknut, and Milkbone are taking the day off, are we calling it for tomorrow?

    1. I’d be in but my IT band says NO, NO, NO!

  9. @MC better throw that fish back! We aren’t going to be able to walk tomorrow!

  10. Men, thanks for the prayer’s! Always a feeling of being blessed when you have god and good men on your side.
Im good bye the way. Doc said i must of went to hard somewhere and chest pain is a result of inflammation. Gonna take some pills for that and when I dont feel the pressure in my chest anymore
ill be back out. Special shout out to
sparknut for asking hula and hula for
making it happen this morning in my
    place.
    Until next time men

    1. Pretty sure it was caused by too many WWIIs! Glad you’re OK!

    2. Really glad to hear this. Enjoy your time off. Dont push it

  11. Many thanks @Hula for subbing for me. @Schnitzel had to hightail it to Raleigh on short notice, so due to lack of transportation I was unable to lead my 1st Birthday Q. Sounded like it was good in my stead, though.

Don’t worry, Schnitzel won’t be in Raleigh forever, and then I’ll have my supervising driver back, and then…

    Till then…

    1. Happy One Year Anniversary Bagheera. Glad you have been coming. You inspire me to share F3 with my children. You crush it on the regular! Thanks for coming. See you soon bro

  12. Milkbone glad to hear you are ok. Hula. I’m already sore.

  13. @F3RollingStone looking for an accountability partner for the hec. Anybody up for it?
