YHC was in awe of the growth at #F3MintHillMetal, where in the past 6 has been a crowd. Guinness has been contacted to see if we’ve broken the record this morning.
Guinness may also have to be contacted about the Capri arrival time. YHC has never seen him arrive after the COP . . . during COP all the time; never after. But as the old expression goes: better late than never. Especially when he’s rolling in with this morning’s War Baby, Journey.
It was great to see men posting who are injured, but have enough sense to modify as needed so they can still enjoy the fellowship and keep sharpening. #ISI
Thank you for letting me bring the #downpainment, gentlemen. It’s a privilege.

Nice work SW! You have a talent for finding new and unusual ways to work the PAX.
However, I can’t believe you didn’t name this workout Swiss Bob Sled. Tell your uncle Bob to keep his sleds to himself.
