Six dudes got vertical this morning and came out to the gloom to make their minds and bodies stronger.

Mosey to end of parking lot, couple stretches and warm up

The Thang,

YHC explained that he has been In northern Michigan on vacation for the last 10 days and he brought some fresh cherries home with him. Cherry eating and pit spitting are part of the beat down that goes like this:

Mosey to first light pole, do 5 LBC’s, roll over, 5 hand release Merkins, on your knees for 5 air press and finish with 5 squats.  Take a cherry from the bowl, eat it and spit the pit, tighten that Abs as you spit that pit!!!

Mosey to the next light pole, repeat (5-5-5-5- spit the pit!)

Mosey to next light pole, repeat (5-5-5-5- spit the pit)

Mosey to next light pole, repeat (5-5-5-5- spit the pit)

Mosey back to first light pole and repeat exercise but 10-10-10-10- spit that pit!

Mosey to next light pole, repeat (10-10-10-10- spit that pit!)

Mosey to next light pole, repeat (10-10-10-10- spit that pit!)

Mosey to next light pole, repeat (10-10-10-10- spit that pit!)

Mosey back to first light pole and repeat exercise but 20-20-20-20- spit that pit!

At some point YHC realized time was nearly up and he instructed the PAX to the wall for a 10-1 ladder of incline merkins and dips.

Finally mosey to the playground for some peoples Mary and we are done.

Pleasure to lead guys, nice to see a new face that Cinder Block brought, Iron City, way to push thru the humidity and all of those upper body things, remember, the workouts do not get easier you get stronger.
