A hot but less humid morning waited for the mighty men of Mint Hill (and Area 51) as YHC rolled in and went to join the early risers on the basketball court.  We had a few minutes for chatting and stretching before things started to get real.  Here’s how that played out:

Time for the Main Thang:
40 snatches (20 L, 20 R)
7 cleans – L
7 squats – L
7 presses – L
7 thrusters (squat + press) – L
7 pullups
7 merkins on bell
1 TGU – L
Repeat on R, substitute 40 one-hand swings (20 L, 20 R)
go through 6 times total (snatches on rounds 1, 3, & 5.  swings on rounds 2, 4, & 6)

Time called after 5th round.  Circle up for Mary:

Mosey back to basketball court.

-Prayers for Tough Skins, CT scan Monday.
-Prayers appreciated for Chum’s Dad and Max both on road to recovery.
-Swiss Miss on Q next Friday.  Bells not needed, but don’t get excited – it will most definitely NOT be an easy workout.  (Fun, yes.  Easy, no.)
