A Very Special 30-for-30
All All MECA BackblastsJune 10th, 2016
#YHC was thinking about how to break from the norm. #missionaccomplished
However, somehow it turned into Acceleration East. And it was a major beatdown.
So hard that it didn’t even end in Name-O-Rama. #badq
Warm-Up
Two-minute stretch OYO
Mosey to stadium and meet on track
The Thang
Sprint 30 seconds, recover/walk 45 seconds. Repeato 30 times.
Mosey back to #TheFlag
Mary
Lock shields (yes, no Name-O-Rama) and share today’s message, inspired by 1 Samuel 17:21-49:
What makes a champion?
“A champion is a person who can achieve a difficult goal or overcome challenging obstacles.”
“A champion is a person who has earned the right and respect to be called a winner through an endless effort and desire to achieve a common goal.”
“A champion is a person who wants to be the best. They won’t give up until they beat the rest.”
“A champion is a person with passion to achieve — one who stands on principle and works hard every day to produce and accomplish.”
“A champion is a person that has the dedication that it takes.”
“A champion is a person that gets up even when they can’t.”

- It was terrible. Honestly. I’m not sure I’ll ever be asked back to Q at The Dawg House again. But we beat it. All of us. We went hard. Thank you for posting and pushing to be better than we were yesterday. #ISI
- My Fitbit showed just over 4 miles total, and Pharaoh showed 4.5. I’d say at least 3.5 for everyone, even with the GPS adjustment. #dontbelieveyourfitbit
- White Lightning on Mondays. Be there.
- F3 Night at the Intimidators. Be there.
- F3 Dads at Tradition, Saturday, 0700. Be there!

Sound off below! Thanks for the opportunity to Q.
@Dick Tracy – now that it is over…that was fun! I got just under 4 miles total distance.
@Pax – way to push and it was nice to have thirty conversations for 45 seconds each!
To be honest that was very unexpected but a tough one!!!! Also made the time flyby. That’s what I like about a DT workout, you never know what you’re gonna get.
Good push by all but I’m guessing that Big Blue ran track back in the day because he was out front the whole time.
