Into the Thang:

We began at the curb at the end of the parking lot (dumpster side, @KingJulian’s preference)

Starting with 5 Burpees at every concrete curb in the parking lot until we reached the mailbox

on the return

10 Merkins every curb

then back

15 Air Squats every curb

and return

20 LBCs every curb

A well timed decision by the Q to go into Mary next:

24 Kicks of Flutter IC (not to be confused with flutter kicks)

24 Rosalita IC

24 sec Three Sided Plank

Due to the excellent timing of the Q, the PAX joined in on a people’s Mary

Then wrapped it up with a little stretching to keep our muscles growing!

 

Great showing as always at Davis Lake! @TheFarm working his jaw just as much as the rest of his muscles per usual.

Mumble chatter was good, expected some especially while trying to keep cadence. Surprised I didn’t hear more mumble chatter out of @PointBreak! @QueenJulian sure did at the end though
