I haven’t been down on #18 since my very first workout. At least this time I participated, back then I just sat down.
No apology necessary for almost running me over Gump. Not turning around to pick me up when a torrential downpour began 30 seconds later, that’s another story.
Oh snap, I was deep into conversion with my 2.0..
I think the conversation went something like this:
Sapling – “Dad, why do all the other guys make fun of you so much?”
Gump – “Well son, when you’re better than everybody else, sometimes people get jealous and then they say mean things.”
Sapling – “Oh, now I get it.”
