Eating begins at 7:30, with the Benham Brothers coming to speak to us about being MEN of Christ, not chumps.

So if you aren’t going to the mud run, and you don’t want to be a fart sacking chump… Come be a man at 6:15AM where I will lead a beat down until 7. Let’s build up a good calorie deficit for all the free eating we will be doing.

Also, Dutch says coffee should be ready at 7. So you’ve time to shower, or you can just go get coffee and hang out til food time.
