In celebration of Capri’s twin announcement, and YHCs conviction that Capri’s little duo will be girls, we invited some of our favorite ladies to a female named beat down.
The pain the followed looked something like this:
Capri Lap
• Mosey to lower lot
• Side step weave through the cones
• Flapjack (Oops almost ran out of cones)
• “Look there’s DT!”
• Follow the black bug
• Circle up behind DT’s car
COP
• Horrible disclaimer given
• SSH (20x)
• Windmill (10x)
• IW (15x)
• Hillbilly (15x)
• Man Merkin (5x)
Part 1 – Lunch Lady Ascending Curb Crawl
• Mosey to drive at top of bus lot
• Plank for six
• Look out for lunch lady!
• Use curb for 1- derkin, then bear crawl to other side, 2- derkins, bear crawl back, 3- derkins, back to other side, 4- derkins, etc. until YHC calls time
Part 2 – Cindy
• Mosey to big kid’s playground
• 5 – Pull-ups
• 10 – Merkins
• 15 – Squats
• Rinse and repeat until QIC calls time (10 minutes)
Part 3 – Quadraphelia
• Mosey to big hill behind school
• LBCs to collect six
• Reverse gear up the hill
• Run down
• Rinse and repeat for 4 minutes
Part 4 – Cindy’s back!
• Mosey to little kid’s playground
• 5 – Supine
• 10 – Merkin
• 15 – Squats
• Rinse and repeat until QIC calls time (10 minutes)
Mary
• Mosey back to vehicles
• WWII Sit-ups (20 OYO)
• LBCs just to be mean (20x)
• Rosalita in Espanol (10x)
• Dolly in southern draw (10x)
• Superman (until it burns)
NMS
• Sorry for the terrible accents during Mary. That’s literally the best I can do.
• I’m truly humbled that you would let me lead you all.
• Happy Birthday to DT! Hope your concert and Myrtle Beach workout are awesome! Come back healthy and ready to work hard.
