short mosey, 10 SSH’s, 10 cotton pickers, 10 mountian climbers, mosey to the covered porch, cuz YHC saw little reason to perform the excercises on the wet pavement

The Thang

Run to first light pole and back, 10 squat jumps, 10 LBC’, 10 air presses

Run to the second light pole and back, then 20 of same above

Run to third light pole and back, 30 of above

Run to light pole #4 and back, 40 of above

now down the ladder, 30-20-10

Repeto for those young guns

MOsey to the wall, do a 5-10-15-20 up and down ladder of incline merkins then dips. Mosey back to the porch

on your 6 do a 5-10-15-20 up and down ladder of LBC’ and air presses
