Five Lakers arrived for a People’s Q Saturday morning at Davis Lakes.  YHC had to leave halfway through to coach 5 year old basketball.  So….this is the first half (what I remember)!

Empty Nester – Mosey, SSH, IST, LBC, Cotton Picker, Mosey

King Julian – Mosey to lake, Bobby Hurley while partner ran to lake for lunges, the air squats, Freddy Mercury, Karaoky with Burpees to lake

Bronco – hill running with mercans, crab walk, and bear crawl,  When I left they were making their way to the playground.
